Rajinder Singh has been active in the legal field, serving the community since 1974.

He completed his B.A. in 1971 from A.R.S.D. College, University of Delhi. He then went on to obtain his LL.B. from Law Faculty, University of Delhi in 1974; and while in his final year at Law Faculty, Rajinder was elected President of the Student Union.

Soon after graduation, Rajinder started his flourishing career as an advocate with the High Court of Delhi from 1974 to 1984. Upon moving to Canada, Rajinder successfully ran a paralegal firm, under the name of Kann Para Legal, from 1987 to 2007; here, Rajinder appeared in Small Claims Court doing conveyancing work, and working on cases that involved uncontested divorces, landlord-tenant disputes, and impaired driving.

Always one to strive higher, while running Kann Para Legal, Rajinder pursued his LL.B. in Canada, passing the NCA exams and being called to the Bar in January 2007; and shortly after that, he started his own private practice as a Barrister and Solicitor.

Focused on his clients’ satisfaction for over 30 years, Rajinder's field of practice is real estate, immigration, family law, corporate law, wills, power of attorney, affidavits, and notarization.
